Our Curriculum

An Educational Journey…

Our curriculum combines the seven areas of Early Years Education, thus making learning active and meaningful for children. We aim to support children to become lifelong independent learners, through adult-facilitated play that is freeflowing, allows risk taking, experimentation, colour recognition, creativity and artistic expression.

How We Support Children’s Development

Childminder with Kid
We have a variety of high-quality resources and equipment available to support and encourage children’s development and learning.

Having spent 11 years working in the Higher Education sector, supporting young people during their first year at University, I am extremely passionate about teaching and seeing children’s progression. It has always been a personal passion to help people reach their maximum potential.

Events & Outing - We Love to Rock ‘N’ Roll!

Little Wise Kids celebrate a wide range of events and love to organise our own festivities throughout the year. As a multi-lingual childminding service, we value and promote the importance of significant holidays in the culture of the languages we teach. We also acknowledge and teach children about celebrations of other cultures around the world. You will often find us breaking sweat on our play area – dancing salsa, samba afrobeat’s and more.

Our main highlights are Graduation Ceremony, Easter Celebration, Christmas Nativity Play, and Summer Party.

We like to visit interesting places within our community including, Police and Fire Stations, dentists and the local farms to further children’s knowledge. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates.
